摘要：

美国国家档案与文件署网站的信息服务特色主要体现在面向用户的信息服务设计。美国成熟和完善的档案开放和提供利用服务实践,为面向用户的信息服务设计奠定了坚实的基础。以用户为中心的信息构建和可用性的信息服务传递设计,是美国国家档案与文件署网站在信息服务设计上体现的两大特色。

Abstract:

A distinguished feature of information services provided by the website of U.S. National Archives and Records Administration is that the information services design was user-oriented. The mature and perfect system of archives opening and services practice has built the foundation for information services design of user-oriented. The information architecture that regarded users as the core and the usability of information services delivering design are two remarkable features of the website.
