摘要：

档案安全标准体系对档案安全各项活动的开展具有规范和指导作用。构建档案安全标准体系需要遵循一定的原则,基于成熟的理论基础,参考和借鉴已经颁布的相关标准。本文依据档案安全标准体系构建的总体思路、基本原则和国内外经验,分析讨论档案安全标准涉及的主要内容和适用范围,提出档案安全标准体系构建的基本框架,为档案安全体系的建设奠定基础。

Abstract:

Archives safety actions can be regulated and guided by archives safety standards system. The establishment of the system should follow some principles and should be based on mature theory and enacted standards. According to the total idea, basic principle and domestic and foreign experiences of the structure of archives safety standards, this paper discusses the main contents and the applied scope of the system. Furthermore, the basic framework of the structure of archive safety standard system is given.
