摘要：

文章以法律价值的变向、法律形式的转换、法律规范的创设三个相互关联的参照系为评价尺度,深入探寻档案法规近代转型的主要标志及具体表现。

Abstract:

The enormous historical change in Chinese modern history has deeply influence the traditional Chinese archival law system. AS the illustration of the change of the law value, conversion of the law mode and creation of the law principle are regarded as the criterion, this paper explores the core sign and concrete manifestation in the course of the transformation in archival law system.
