Government information opening in our country is developing in depth, it promotes the sharing of archival information resources, and also brings up a higher demand. We should find the joint point of sharing of archival information resources and government information opening, draw lessons from “open access” conception in library and information community, explore a new service mode, and promote the sharing of social information resources.
