论现代法国档案事业的创新与发展

摘要：

法国是近现代档案史中不可忽视的重要国家,它提出的多项档案事业改革措施奠定了日后世界档案事业发展的重要基础。现代法国档案事业在继承传统的基础上,更是借助现代科学技术与管理思维使档案事业重现近代时期的辉煌,而其中求新求变的思维是法国档案事业复兴的关键要素。本文将从法国现代档案事业发展过程中极具代表性的几个方面入手,分析法国现代档案事业发展的现实特色,深度挖掘法国档案事业创新的核心源,并从中提炼出值得我国档案事业改革发展的借鉴之处。

Abstract:

France is an important nation that is not neglected by all archivists around the world in the modern history. Some useful innovative policies on the development of Archives had become the vital information to set up the international archival system. Modern Archives of France is built on the base of the tradition and recurs the resplendence in modern history by use of modern scientific techniques and management theory. The most important factor, which is useful for the renaissance in Archives, is the thought of innovation and transformation. This paper will analyze the features of Archives of France from some representative aspects in the course of the development of Archives, and then research the core of origination about the innovation on Archives of France that will be an important example for china to execute the transformation of Archives.
