This paper holds that the establishment of corporate social responsibility archive can not only encourage enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities, but also promote the construction of harmonious society and enhance the international competitiveness of Chinese enterprises. Combined with the present and actual situation, the author points out that in order to establish the corporate social responsibility archive, it should improve the awareness of importance of corporate social responsibility as well as its archive, establish the relative standards and regulations, and determine the contents and procedures of archive.
