To establish and perfect the system of archival information theory is an important guarantee of promoting the practice of file information and a great significance of the development of China’s files. Based on this, the paper focus on such basic problems as the favorable opportunity to build the theoretical system of archival information, the construction status and existing problems of the theoretical system of archival information, and the measures should be taken to perfect the theoretical system of archival information construction.
