摘要:

本文首先从等级、具体名称、制定主体和调节对象4个方面对澳大利亚联邦档案法规体系进行了系统梳理,并分析了各法规之间的相互关系。在此基础上,进一步释读与分析了相关档案法规中的公共利用条款,得出了澳大利亚档案公共利用法规体系内容严谨完备、可操作性强、法规间协调性佳的结论。

Abstract：

This article has systematically introduced the Australian archival legislation and regulation system from four aspects: grade, specific name, making subject and regulating object, and analyzed the interrelationship within the system. On this basis, the article has further interpreted and analyzed the public access provisions of the relevant legislation and regulations, drawing the conclusion that the public access provisions of Australian archival legislation and regulation system have rigorous and complete content, well operability and excellent coordination.
