摘要:

1992年,联合国教科文组织推出世界记忆项目并产生广泛影响。厘清其所倡导的“文献遗产”概念是推动我国相关实践发展的首要前提。本文首先回溯“文献遗产”概念的形成背景,在此基础上选取“上位类”与“同位类”视角对“文献遗产”概念进行双维审视。其次按照时间线梳理“文献遗产”概念的衍生发展。最后得出对我国文献遗产工作理念调整的启示：明确“文献遗产”概念指涉,跳出档案局限;厘清“文献遗产”概念要义,聚焦价值判断;把握“文献遗产”概念衍生,关注原生数字遗产。

Abstract：

In 1992, UNESCO launched "Memory of the World Programme", which has had a wide impact. Clarifying the concept of "documentary heritage" advocated by it is the primary premise to promote the development of relevant practice in China. Firstly, this paper traces back the formation background of the concept of "documentary heritage". On this basis, this paper selects the perspective of "upper category" and "peer category" to conduct a double-dimensional review of the concept of "documentary heritage", and then combs the derivation and development of the concept of "documentary heritage" according to the timeline. Finally, the enlightenment to the adjustment of the notion of documentary heritage work in China is obtained: identify the reference of the concept of "documentary heritage" and jump out of the limitation of archives; clarify the essence of the concept of "documentary heritage" and focus on value judgment; grasp the derivation of the concept of "documentary heritage" and pay attention to the original digital heritage.
