In the process of government information opening, there is a new phenomenon named “internet response”. Public sectors can reply many questionnaires proposed by society members trough internet forum, which has resulted in a deep discuss and highly valued. But in our opinion, this mechanism is immature and incomplete. In order to improve the mechanism, it is necessary to make a further discuss in the aspects of identify recognition, response opportunity, qualification of the speaker, governmental documentary design and performance evaluation.
