摘要：

本文论述了《会计档案管理办法》修订和会计档案电子化管理需求产生的经济及技术背景,回顾了会计档案电子化管理的现状,分析了会计档案电子化管理存在的难点,并就推进会计档案电子化管理,加强新《会计档案管理办法》的实施提出了4个方面的建议。

Abstract:

This paper discusses the economic background and technical background of the revise of Measures for the Administration of Accounting Archives and the management requirement of electronic management of accounting records. It reviews present situation on electronic management of accounting records. The difficulty on electronic management of accounting records is analyzed. The paper also puts forward several suggestions on implementing the new Measures for the Administration of Accounting Archives.
