摘要:

2010年起,美国国家档案馆以“科技档案”为名开始接收美国国家技术信息服务局(NTIS)收藏的科学、技术、工程信息的数字化副本,并对形成超过40年的记录拥有所有权。这类科技档案的主体内容是美国政府科技报告,这一举动促使我们进一步认识科技报告的档案属性。本文从相关概念入手,分析了科技计划项目档案与科技报告之间的关系,提出在实践中正确处理两者关系的思路。

Abstract:

Since 2010, the National Archives of the United States has been receiving scientific records and taken legal custody of the records when they become 40 years old. These records were digital copy of the STEI collected in National Technical Information Service in the United States, and its main content is the government scientific and technology report. This change prompts us to further understand the archival attributes of scientific and technological report. This paper analyzes the relationship between the scientific and technology project records and the scientific and technology reports and puts forward the idea of correctly handling the relationship between them in practice.
