摘要：

文章在智慧城市背景下提出档案资源集中与分布可控模式的构建思路,阐述了档案信息资源配置的基本原则、控制维度和可控模式的核心理念,并指出该模式的重要依托是建设智慧型档案馆。

Abstract:

The paper puts forward a controllable mode of archives resources concentration and distribution in the background of smart city, discusses the basic principles, control dimension of archives information resources allocation and the core concept of controllable mode. And then the paper points out that the construction of smart archives is an important basis for this mode.
