The researchers surveyed the literature related to the study of archival administrative justice. Then they have found that the study has the interdisciplinary nature, which is intricately interrelated with national events of archives legislation, the revision and promulgation of important archival laws and rules, it obtains less support from national and provincial foundation items, that the level mainly concentrates on the social sciences, the core-authors group has already taken shape, the authors of the study focus primarily on the archives administration departments and the colleges, and the relevant research papers are mainly published in core periodicals of archives. The main problems existing in the research are as follows: research involves subjects with a high concentration, but refers weakly to special research results; the distribution of research results is uneven annually, the persistence of research behavior is better, while the stability is poorer; theoretics of the research are equal to practicality, but with a main emphasis on theory; cooperative research has grown rapidly, but still weakly; the use of the key words is not frequent. Based on the fact below, four suggestions are put forward.
