摘要：

档案工作的核心使命是公共服务。从阐述档案信息资源公共服务的概念和发展必然性出发,通过对国内外相关政策及档案在线信息服务实践发展的对比分析,发现国内在公共服务中存在的差距,针对存在的问题进行探讨并提出解决方案。

Abstract:

The core mission of archival work is public service. Starting from the concept and the necessity of the public service of archival information resources, through the comparative analysis of home-aboard relevant policy and practice development, identifies gaps and shortcomings, puts forward some suggestions.
