摘要：

当前档案利用服务逐渐向移动化和泛在化趋势发展,APP作为移动互联时代的“新宠儿”,在档案利用服务中具有广阔的应用前景。本文尝试应用传播学的经典理论5W模式分析档案部门和用户对APP在档案利用服务中的应用需求,探讨APP在档案利用服务中应用的具体形式和推广策略,展望APP在档案利用服务中的应用图景,以期促进我国档案信息利用服务的个性化、社会化、多元化发展。

Abstract:

At present, the archives utilization service is gradually developing towards the mobile and universal trend, and APP is the new darling of the mobile Internet era, which has a broad prospect of application in the archives utilization service. This paper tries to apply the classical theory of 5W communication model to analyzing the demands of archives and user for the application of APP in the archives utilization service, and to explore the specific form of APP in the application of archives utilization service and its marketing strategy, to forecast the prospect for the application of APP in archives utilization service, in order to promote the development of archives utilization service towards the direction of individualization, socialization and diversification.
