摘要：

本文通过对美国企业文件和档案管理法律法规及其参与主体和职责的梳理,揭示出美国企业文件和档案管理运作机制,即该机制将外部法律遵从要求转化成企业内在需求,再将社会力量引入企业文件和档案管理各业务活动中。探讨该模式对我国企业文件和档案管理模式的适用性。

Abstract:

Based on analyzing the US corporation records and archives management laws and regulations as well as the participants and their responsibilities, this paper reveals US modes for corporation records and archives management. The modes transform the outside legal compliance requirements into business internal needs, and then they bring the social forces into corporation records and archives management activities. Finally, this paper also attempts to explore the applicability from US corporation records and archives management modes to contemporary Chinese reform of corporation record and archives management modes.
