China is a multi-ethnic country, all nationalities in history gradually formed the pattern of diversity in unity. Ethnic culture is an important part of China’s splendid civilization, and cultural heritage is especially the essence of ethnic culture and the identification of national survival, identification and development, which must be protected in the development of the society. This paper from the archival memory view analyzes the feasibility of archival protection of minority cultural heritage in our country. It sets implementation steps of the national culture heritage protection and puts forward practical macro strategy for archival academic discussion and communication.
