This article explains the general situation on the archives digitization of the Second Historical Archives of China (SHAC) from three stages, then focuses on the progress of the "Digitization Project of SHAC"(2013-2017). Based on the digitization facts, SHAC offers the research and other uses of the archives from three aspects: for research on the history of Republic of China, for current affairs or hot points in the society, for individual service or public demand.
