摘要：

社会转型时期公共档案馆需要不断地调整自身职能,顺应社会需求,以此来赢得社会认同与社会尊重,获得更加广阔的生存与发展空间。基于资源交换、服务拓展、价值认同的社会合作,将使公共档案馆能够更好地协调与其他社会主体之间的关系,使其社会使命与社会价值得到更好的实现。

关键词： 公共档案馆; 社会合作; 档案服务; 社会价值

Abstract:

During the period of social transformation, public archives must continue to adjust their functions to adapt to the social demand in order to win the social identity and social respect and get more wide space for surviving and developing. Social cooperation based on resource exchange, service development and recognition of the value will make public archives better coordinate the relationship with other social subjects and realize the social mission and social value.
