Ming and Qing Archives is the firsthand in the study of history Ming and Qing , also it’s the historical and cultural heritage, contains profound historical background in promoting social development. It has a special historical and cultural status, the use of social demand has become increasingly prominent, and therefore, it had to accelerate the process of informatization. Because the special nature of the cultural relics, we must establish a specific environmental constraints and security constraints in digital machining process. First of all we must to ensure the safety of the archives, at the same time to ensure the quality and efficiency of the digital machining. Based on the large-scale outsourcing, the author of this article listed some practices in digital image processing of Ming and Qing Archives. Hope to provide some reference value.
