摘要:

电子文件长久有效保存问题依然是一个世界性的难题,开展电子文件长期保存的需求分析是尝试解决这一问题的前提条件。本文从技术路线、文件格式、存储载体、元数据管理和软件功能等方面提出了电子文件长期保存的技术需求,是对该领域的有益探索,对实现电子文件长久有效保存具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract：

The problem of the long-term preservation of electronic records is still a worldwide problem, to carry out the long-term preservation of electronic records requirements analysis is the premise of trying to solve this problem. This article puts forward the technical requirement of long-term preservation of electronic records from the aspect of technical route, file format, storage carrier, metadata management and software function, which is a beneficial exploration in the field and will have a certain guiding significance to the effective preservation for a long time.
