摘要：

“档案强国”这一新战略目标的提出对档案信息资源的利用提出了更高的要求。本文通过现有档案知识服务的分析,结合知识服务平台的需求,提出了I-P-O逻辑模型,从平台层次的设计以及云平台的构建两个方面,对“档案强国”背景下面向政府决策的档案知识服务平台的建设方案进行探究,提出云平台应以知识库为支撑为政府决策提供集成化、主动化和个性化的档案知识服务。

Abstract:

The new strategy of Archives Power puts forward new demand on the use of archival information resources. By analyzing the current archives knowledge service and the construction demand of knowledge service platform, this paper proposes the I-P-O logic model. Based on the design of the platform level and the construction of the cloud model, it does further research into the construction of archival knowledge cloud service platform for government decision making against the background of Archives Power, putting forward that with the support of knowledge base, the cloud platform offer integrated, automated and personalized archival knowledge service to government decision-making process.
