摘要：

如何将不同媒体类型的数字档案资源整合起来为社会提供集成服务是当前档案服务部门面临的现实问题。本文从语义关联的角度提出数字档案资源跨媒体聚合实现构想,并在数字档案资源语义关联关系分析和跨媒体整合框架设计的基础上,利用关联数据技术框架构建了具体语义关联聚合实现框架,最后从档案资源体系建设、组织与协调机制构建以及档案资源语义化思路等方面提出了具体实现策略。

Abstract:

How to provide integrated services for the society has become an urgent problem facing archives service department by integrating different media type of digital information resources. Based on the semantic correlation analysis and the design of cross-media integrated framework, this article puts forward the cross-media integration thought of digital archives resources. Moreover, it constructs detailed semantic correlation realization framework by using associated data technique framework. At last, it puts forward detailed realization strategies from aspect of archives resources system construction, organization and coordination mechanism construction and archives resources semantization thought.
