摘要：

站在社会组织的视角,学习《关于加强和改进新形势下档案工作的意见》,思考在推进依法治国、依法治档进程中,档案学会应该主动作为,积极承接档案行政管理部门转移职能,规范并扶持档案服务机构参与档案事务。

关键词： 依法治国; 依法治档; 档案学会; 承接政府职能

Abstract:

From the perspective of social organization, the author brings about his thoughts on studying “Suggestions of Strengthening and Improving Archival Work under New Circumstances”. The archives society should take an active role in undertaking the transferring function of the archives administration and standardizing the duties of archival service organizations.
