图书转化为档案的条件

摘要：

档案与图书都是文献家族的“成员”,在记录人类实践活动和推动社会发展中各自发挥着重要作用。图书最为本质的社会功能是知识的传递和交流;档案最为本质的社会功能是记录历史和再现历史。然而,现实生活中我们也会看到图书转化为档案的情况,也就是说图书也可以作为档案保存。本文认为,图书作为档案保存应该满足三个基本条件,首先,它要反映形成主体的核心职能活动;其次,凭证价值成为它的核心价值形态;再次,它具有原始记录性,且该属性居于主导地位。

Abstract:

Archives and books are two members of literature family, and both play important roles in the recording of human practice activities and the social development. The most essential social function of books is the transmission of knowledge and communication. Towards archives, the most essential function is to record and reappear history. While in real life, we have found the situation of books transform into the archives, in other words, books could be conserved as archives. In this article, it discovers that books transforming into archives should require three conditions: firstly, it should directly reflects the body’s function activities; secondly, the evidence value becomes the core value of the documents presented form; thirdly, it can reflect the characteristics of the original record in the dominant position.
