摘要：

随着电子文件的发展和广泛应用,电子文件的管理需要信息化和规范化。本文介绍了一种集检查、接收、移交、备份、管理和查看等多功能为一体的电子文件检查归档移交备份存储机,并详细描述了设备的功能、软件结构和硬件组成,介绍了电子文件检查归档移交备份存储机独特电子档案构成技术思路。

Abstract:

With the development and wide application of electronic documents, the management of electronic documents needs informatization and standardization. In this article, a kind of storage machine is introduced, which gathers functions of checking, receiving, transferring, backup, management and examine, etc. And then it describes the functions of this facility, software structure and hardware composition in details. Lastly the unique technical idea of this storage machine is introduced.
