The archival culture’s historical status in the traditional cultural heritage in different historical stages exhibits different characteristics,showing certain regularity from the perspective of archival dualistic value. The unitary value oriented archival culture’s heritage status was declining,while the mode of inheritance was lack of diversification and the inheritance had to be attached to the role of political force to achieve. However,the situation reversed under the auspices of binary value. It is the interaction between the changing archival value and the status of archival cultural heritage that formed the law. Various laws caused by the interaction,consist of the laws of changing role and status,constitute the law system of evolution of the archival culture’s historical status in the traditional cultural heritage.
