More and more user personal information which is widely involved in the privacy of users is stored by the archives management department in the information service process because of the need of business promotion and the information security. On the base of the analysis of user information structure and form, the paper summarizes the causes and forms of the divulgation of user privacy information, and then puts forward the means to ensure user privacy to be respected and protected by strengthening the propaganda, improving the relevant legal system, strengthening self-discipline and leveraging the technology.
