摘要：

在经济全球化发展背景下,企业集团如何实施对境外企业档案的有效管理已经成为企业档案管理的重要研究课题。文章基于境外企业档案管理存在的问题提出了集团企业境外档案服务共享的解决思路。

Abstract:

That how to manage the archives effectively in the overseas enterprises has been a crucial research topic under the background of globalized economic development, especially for enterprise groups. In this article, it will propose ideas and ways of solving the overseas enterprise archives service sharing, which based on existing problems of overseas enterprise archives management.
