摘要：

本文着重探讨了中国联通全国性数字档案馆建设的必要性和可行性,明确了云计算是中国联通全国性数字档案馆实现的技术保障。中国联通全国性数字档案馆的建设思路是：基于云计算,构建一级架构的数字档案馆; 建立统一的元数据标准体系; 实现档案信息资源管理创新; 推进电子档案综合试点工作;并通过“定规范、建应用、归档案”三步走的建设思路来实现全国性数字档案馆的建设目标。

Abstract:

This paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of the construction of National Digital Archives China Unicom, the cloud computing is the technology guarantee China Unicom national digital archives to realize. Construction China Unicom national digital archives are: based on cloud computing, constructing a framework of digital archives; establish metadata uniform standard system; realize the information resource management innovation of archives; promote comprehensive pilot electronic files; and through the construction of specification, construction, application to file three steps to achieve the goal of building the digital archives.
