Recently, researches on archival culture have become hotspots in archival academia, along with a broader viewing angle and growing academic achievements. In the view of paradigm of the archival culture, this article attempts to expound the transition mechanism and analyzes law of archival culture paradigm. Archival culture paradigm implies a modeling culture consist of thinking mode and behavior pattern involved in the archive, archival work and archival institutions in social practice. Archival culture shows different features in different historical periods, and in consequence of influence of social background, social subject, management practice, thoughts and education of archives, archival culture paradigm presents its own law along with the changes and transitions.
