摘要：

本文综合德尔菲法（Delphi Method）,合作博弈的Shapley值法、灰度综合评价法（Gray method）和层次分析法（AHP）构建一种新的数字档案馆综合评价方法DSGA法,并采用国家档案局《数字档案馆评价指标体系》（征求意见稿）,建立数字档案馆评价指标,使用DSGA法确定各评价指标权重,取得比较满意的结果。

Abstract:

In this paper, a comprehensive Delphi method (Delphi Method), Shapley value method of cooperative games, gray comprehensive evaluation method (Gray method) and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to construct a comprehensive evaluation of digital archives new method DSGA method, and the National Archives "Digital Archives evaluation index system" (Draft) establishment of evaluation indicators, digital archives, determine the weight of each evaluation index using the DSGA method, a more satisfactory results.
