摘要：

本文综合德尔菲法、合作博弈的Shapley值法、灰度综合评价法和层次分析法构建一种新的数字档案馆综合评价方法DSGA法,并采用国家档案局《数字档案馆评价指标体系》（征求意见稿）,建立数字档案馆评价指标,使用DSGA法确定各评价指标权重,取得比较满意的结果。

关键词： 数字档案馆; 评价方法; DSGA法

Abstract:

Combined with Delphi method, Shapley value method of cooperative games, Gray comprehensive evaluation method (Gray method) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), this article constructs a new comprehensive evaluation method of digital archives named DSGA method, and according to the Digital Archives Evaluation Indicator System (exposure draft) by State Archives Bureau, it proposes and establishes evaluation indicators of digital archives, and determines the weight of each evaluation indicator by using DSGA method, so as to get a better satisfactory results.
