摘要：

随着社会和科技的快速发展,档案形态和工作方式正在发生着深刻的变化。本文通过对档案的属性、档案的价值以及档案馆的进化态势、所面临挑战等问题的分析,对档案工作的发展模式以及发展策略进行了探讨。

Abstract:

Great Changes are taking place in the forms of Archives and archival administration methods. This article discusses the development mode of archival work and the imperative issues in archival practice based on the analysis of archives properties and values, and the evolvement trend and developing strategy of archives agency.
