Web2.0 applications support business processes that both create and manage content and create a new way of communication with the public. NARA uses the application of Web2.0 such as Blog, Facebook, Flickr, Foursquare, GitHub etc to integrate archives information service better into the society. The Web2.0 applications of NARA tell us that archives website is the network base of archives information but not the only one communication channel with the users in the current social network unprecedented development era. We should update information propagation idea, change the information transfer model, expand unimpeded channels for participation, with the aid of the external social force to promote the propagation of archives information and archives consciousness so as to develop the new situation of the archives information service in network.
