摘要:

具有凭证效用的电子文件越来越受到社会的关注。本文从技术实现的角度提出了一种能够保障电子文件凭证性的有效方法,从基本原理和实现机制两个方面阐述了该方法的作用机理,并结合北京市数字档案馆原型系统的开发,验证了该方法在电子文件长期保存阶段凭证性保障的效用。

Abstract:

With the rapid development of information society, the evidence and application range of electronic records will play an important role in the future. In this paper, an effective protection method for electronic records evidence is proposed. The basic principle and working mechanism are described explicitly, which is applied to Beijing digital archives proto in order to verify the effectiveness.
