摘要：

本文从战斗力生成模式及其特点入手,分析了转变战斗力生成模式与信息资源优势、军队档案信息资源的相互关系,阐明了军队档案信息资源集成开发的理念、内涵、目标等相关问题,探讨了军队档案工作可持续发展的可能突破口。

Abstract:

The paper begins with the fighting strength production model and its characteristic, and analyses the interrelation among transforming fighting strength production model, information resource superiority and military archival information resources. It also clarifies the concept, connotation and target of the military archival information resource integrated exploitation, and probes the feasible gap to the sustainable development of military archival work.
