摘要：

文章重点从个体——社会、碎片——整体、潜在——显在三个方面分析了口述历史档案建构社会记忆的转化机制,并以此为视角考察了口述历史档案的特质,并进而探讨了口述历史档案资源管理和开发的相关问题。

Abstract:

This article mainly analyzes transformation mechanism of oral history archives in social memory constructing from following three aspects: individual memory--society memory, fragment memory--entirety memory, latent memory--conspicuous memory. At the same time, the article views characteristics of oral history archives, and discusses several topics about resources management and development of oral history archives.
