摘要：

档案与大学文化传承密切关联。行政化体制、档案积淀与传播不力、基于档案的大学文化研究缺少历史连贯性等问题影响着大学文化的建设和传承。本文以苏州大学为例,从档案视域对大学文化传承的历史与现状进行分析,提出了加大档案征集力度,凝聚大学文化资源,加强档案文化和大学文化互动,强化档案文化意识等推动大学文化传承的建议。

Abstract:

Taking Soochow University as an example, the paper analyzes the history and current situation of cultural inheritance in universities from the field of archives and puts forward some suggestions: intensifying our efforts on archival investigation and collection, integrating university cultural resources, strengthening the interaction between archival culture and university culture, enhancing cultural consciousness, etc.
