摘要：

本文简要介绍了InterPARES项目对电子文件可靠性真实性保障的哲学基础和理论基础。建立在经验主义基础上的可靠性和真实性是根据证据强弱所进行的一种推断,是一种概率高低的推断,而不是绝对的“是与否”的判断。档案学方法论和古文书学一如既往是文件和档案可靠性和真实性保障的理论基础。

Abstract:

This article aims to give a brief introduction to the philosophical and theoretical foundation for the preservation of electronic records' reliability and authenticity in InterPARES. The reliability and authenticity which set up on the ideology of empiricism is an inference relying on the strength of evidences, and an inference about probability of high and low, while not an inference of absolute “yes and no”. Of course, methodology of archival science and paleography are theoretical basis for the preservation of records' reliability and authenticity just as in the past.
