摘要：

在对军队档案系统档案专题数据库建设情况进行广泛调研的基础上,分析了军队档案专题数据库的建设特点及存在问题,并就数据库建设数据组织阶段的操作流程及环节进行解析,最后深入探讨了数据组织阶段的质量控制方法。

Abstract:

Based on broad investigation of current status of PLA archival thematic database construction,this article first analyzes the features and problems of PLA archival thematic database construction,and then illustrates the operation procedures and links in data organization phase of database construction.At last it discusses methods of quality control in data organization phase.
