In 1921, the Communist Party of China had been built, which brought Chinese archive undertaking into a new stage. This article introduces concrete practice of Chinese Communist Party archives in the Democratic Revolution Period, and illustrates the historical foundation of the archives management from the macro-level, and it shows concretely as follows, the archive undertaking was given a new spirit of the age; have laid a good foundation of fine traditions that attach importance to archive undertaking; unremitting efforts to manage archives scientifically; sublime faith and spirit of utter devotion by archivist.
