摘要：

我国是一个多民族国家,各少数民族在历史发展过程中形成了大量有价值的档案文献资源,这些珍贵的档案文献需要人们有意识地去收集、保护和开发利用。本文就少数民族档案文献资源建设的价值、主体内容、建设模式和途径提出了一些思考。

Abstract:

Our country is a multinational country. A large number of the valuable Minority documents resource have been produced during the historical development,which needs to be collected,protected, developed and used by people consciously. It discusses the significance,main content, model and way of Minority documents resource construction.
