摘要：

我国的档案管理体制,决定了目前各级各类档案管理机构应用档案信息管理系统的现状。论文分析探讨了将档案信息管理系统推入云的基础设施上,在运行、管理中可能涉及的技术和管理风险。提出服务中断、数据失真、敏感信息泄露是可能遭遇的技术风险;组织策略、准入退出机制是可能遭遇的管理风险。

Abstract:

The use of archives management system in our country is based on the current situation of archives organization system. This paper analyses the risk of technology and management if the archives management systems run in the infrastructure as a service in cloud computing. Service interruption, data distortion and sensitive information leak are possible technological risks. Organization strategy mechanism, market access and entry are management risks.
