摘要：

本文从历史的角度分析了档案配送服务是档案利用工作发展的必然趋势;阐述了档案配送服务既是当代档案利用工作自身发展的需要,又可促进档案工作的自我完善和发展,还是生成档案服务能力的创新模式;指出了做好档案配送服务工作需着重解决“转变服务观念、创新服务机制、加强理论研究”等几个关键问题。

Abstract:

This paper analyses that the archives distribution service is an inevitable trend of archival utilization from a historical perspective. The author elaborates that the archives distribution service is not only the need of the development of contemporary archival utilization, but also can promote self-improvement of the files work and generate the innovation model of the capacity of the archives service. Then, the paper points out that we need to focus on "the transformation of the service concept, service innovation mechanism and strengthening theoretical study”.
