摘要：

分析了社会档案意识和档案机构社会意识的内涵和辩证关系,认为二者交互作用,相互统一,共同促进档案价值的实现。从主体因素和环境因素两个角度探讨了社会档案意识的影响要素,提出了新环境下提高社会档案意识,推动档案价值实现的策略方法。

Abstract:

Via the analysis of connotation and dialectical relationship between the social archival consciousness and the social consciousness of archival organization, this paper concludes that the two factors interact with each other and are unified, jointly boosting the value realization of archives. This paper also discusses the influential factors of the social archival consciousness from the perspectives of corpus factor and environmental factor, and raises the recommendations to increase the social archival consciousness and to promote the value realization of archives.
