摘要：

文章阐述了我国档案继续教育存在的观念危机、管理危机和质量危机。分析了当前我国发展档案继续教育面临的各种发展机遇：时代机遇、改革机遇和文化发展机遇。并基于我国档案继续教育存在的危机和面临的机遇,提出了应对策略。

Abstract:

This article elaborates the concept crisis, management crisis and quality crisis that exists in archival continuous education in our country. And it analyzes all kinds of development opportunities that archival continuous education will be faced, such as, opportunities of age, reformation and cultural development. Based on the crisis and opportunities of archival continuous education in our country, it last puts forward some coping strategies.
