摘要：

多元化的人才培养是新世纪我国教育事业的新目标。本文在分析信息时代档案学教育所面临的新形势的基础上,以苏州大学档案学专业的教学改革为例,阐述了档案学本科多元化人才培养方案的设计,并分析了实施这一方案的保障措施,旨在鼓励和指导其他教学改革的推行。

Abstract:

Diversified talents training is the new goal for our education in the new century.On the basis of analyzing the new situation which the Archival science facing in the information age.Taking the education reform of Soochow University as an example,this article elaborate the design of the diversified talents training program of Archival science for undergraduates,and analyze the implementation guarantee for it,which aims to encourage and guide the implementation of the reform of other teaching.
