摘要：

农村集体三资（资金、资产、资源）是新农村建设的核心资源和竞争力,对农村集体三资（资金、资产、资源）档案的规范、高效管理,将为农村三资效能的充分发挥提供切实保障。文章就农村集体三资档案信息化管理的必要性、农村集体三资档案信息化管理系统的现行技术模式、技术优势与应用效能问题展开探讨,以期进一步推动该领域学术研究。

Abstract:

Rural collective three-capital （funds,properties and resources） are core resources and competitiveness of new rural construction.To specify and efficiently manage the rural collective three-capital （funds,properties and resources） archives will ensure the rural three-capital efficacy into full play. This article will discuss following topics in the hope of further pushing the academic research in this field: the necessity of informationization management of rural collective three-capital archives,and the current technology patterns,technical superiority and application efficiency of informationization management system of rural collective three-capital archives.
